Software Upgrade Policy
The following terms & conditions apply when you purchase our product’s Subscription License or Perpetual License without software maintenance:
- Minor version updates to our products are free. This includes both minor feature updates (changes in the second version number e.g., 5.0 to 5.2) AND bug fix updates (changes in the third version number e.g., 5.2.1 to 5.2.2).
- Major version upgrades to our products require an upgrade fee. The upgrade cost will typically be determined at the time of release depending on the features and effort involved.
Software Maintenance
You can purchase an optional software maintenance package along with a new or upgrade product license (perpetual license) to stay current with the latest releases, which you can renew every year. Visit

How to Upgrade?
You may
Purchase the product, upgrade online if it is listed in our website or drop us an
e-mail with the product name and the current version of the software you are using. Once you purchase the upgrade pack, we will send you detailed instructions on how to download and install the latest version of the software.
