Term / Subscription License

This section is applicable for product licenses that are purchased in the Term / Subscription License model only.

Term / Subscription Licenses are intended for project or short-term use and the application will stop functioning at the end of the license term.

Terms & Conditions

Term / Subscription Licenses can be used for the stipulated license term. You must purchase a new license, once the license term expires. No further extensions to the previous license term will be permitted under any circumstances.
Term / Subscription Licenses must be activated or registered within 90 days from the date of purchase of the license.
Term / Subscription License price is subject to change any time without prior notice.
Term / Subscription License entitles the licensee to receive new minor versions of the licensed software released during the license term.
All Software Updates will be made available as Electronic Downloads only.
The Term / Subscription License purchase does not include any additional technical support. Technical support will be provided as per the standard support policies of Vyapin.
