You can also filter data for a specific domain.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"border: 1px solid black; vertical-align: top;\"><strong>Spoof mail report<\/strong><\/td>\n<td style=\"border: 1px solid black; vertical-align: top;\">These are mails sent to your organization by sender who appears to be the part of your Organization but actual sender is someone else. This is also called as <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.msdn.microsoft.com\/tzink\/2015\/07\/21\/not-using-the-additional-spam-filtering-option-for-spf-hard-fail-to-block-apparently-internal-email-spoofing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Insider Spoofing<\/strong><\/a>. While some Organization use it intentionally (say when multiple users, used to send mails from a common Shared mailbox), some of the spoofing are considered as malicious.<\/p>\n<p>The following details can be obtained from this report.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Spoofed sender<\/b> \u2013 the mail address shown actually in the mail<\/li>\n<li><b>True sender<\/b> \u2013 the actual sender who has sent the mail<\/li>\n<li><b>Sender IP<\/b> \u2013 IP address of the sender<\/li>\n<li><b>Event type<\/b> \u2013 whether the mail is marked as spam or not<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Before you run these reports, you need to be assigned \u2018global administrator\u2019 role assigned for the account you are trying to access with.
